In addition, the service was the slowest of all the branches I used. There are mainly offices located next to the branch, in which there is a lunch break from 13.00 to 14.00. Everyone is trying to make it in time. I propose to review the department's working hours, including breaks for employees. We optimized the number of employees, changed the working hours, transferred everyone to pay via the Internet and information kiosk, and the queues remained as they were.
