The bank's system itself and lending are all cool. But! It seems in this bank that they do not know what they are doing there. I don't give a damn about the customers. I stood in line for an hour and it turned out that there was a break at the checkout. No one even deigned to warn me. And this is only one case, and there are many of them.

We were lucky with the service. The specialist at the checkout and the administrator, who helped pay for several payments through the information kiosk, explained everything and were ready to help choose the best option. The customer orientation of the employees is at the highest level. It does not compare with some other bank branches.
