A difficult question arose, on which the contact center could not explain anything. I didn't have to wait in line. Marina, the bank employee, and the head of the department reacted as attentively as possible to my problem, immediately sent requests to the right place ... and the problem was quickly solved, despite the fact that the situation was unusual. The department itself is ordinary, modern, like most. But meeting a truly human relationship is really worth it!

I just came to update my passport data, the simplest thing that could be, but I stayed for more than an hour... I advise no one to contact this branch.
