I was refused, because I was ready to pay for the services, according to the set of the payment order by a specialist.The sadness did not end there, I was asked for the service code for swift translation, I did not have it (the Russian side does not know about our innovations). The specialist said that she had been looking for this code for a very long time and when I found out, she would come back. She asked me to make room, as she still has a lot of clients. It turns out that I'm not a client. The issues with this bank, in relation to customers, are terrible, I have come across it myself not for the first time.

In principle, the bank is good, there is an electronic queue and it pleases, I took a ticket, sat down and waited until they called. But it is frankly annoying that the bank works from 9 to 19 on weekdays and does not work on weekends. Who came up with such a schedule at all, this is a bank, it may be needed at any moment, and then bam, sorry, it's not working today or you need to get somewhere 9 (I'm in college), you decided to put money on a card to eat normally, and he damn at seven in the morning does not work. Damn, many stores open at seven, and the bank at 9. Probably this is the only minus. I don't know what and how, but it seems to me that any banks and their branches should work around the clock, in shifts (after all, the basis of the monetary system of the world). Oh, I forgot to mention that we were lucky. Some branches generally open from 10 a.m. and work at the same time until the same 19 p.m.
