Belarusbank's terminal is not working nearby. I went to another place and another bank. I recommend having a conversation with the employee about the rules of communication with the client. And please sort out the terminal - fix it or remove it. I will come back in a month, if the problem remains, I will write not only a negative review, but also a complaint to the management.
