I went into the new department after the renovation and was pleasantly surprised. At the entrance, the consultant Jeanne greeted me with a smile, clarified how she could help me with my question. She helped me figure out the info kiosk and take the ticket to the cashier. The cashier also served with a smile. Professionalism on the eyes! When I left, the consultant said goodbye with a smile and wished me a good day.
Surprisingly, it is one of the few branches in Minsk with such service.

There is a very large flow, multi-meter queues, crowding. The staff is good, but the flow of visitors exceeds their capacity. I don't recommend it during rush hour.
