The consultant in the second window spent an hour deliberately slowly advising a couple of pensioners on (drumbeat) opening a card, so as not to take the next client, while not forgetting to remind them that the bank was closing In the third window, a little more fun, one customer changed within an hour About a dozen people went home without waiting in line. There is no electronic queue I understand that it's a day off and everyone wants to go home. But at this rate of work, how long would it take to register with the gentlemen?
