Since on 31.12.25 I was refused payment due to problems with the program at the bank branch, and when I tried again on 03.01.26, the bank staff also could not solve the problem and did not pay the money, saying that the problem would be solved on 05.01.26 . In order not to go to the bank branch in vain, I tried to write to an online consultant after waiting for more than two hours, I did not receive an answer, I tried to call the bank branch and received the answer that such information is not provided by phone, but only personally with a passport to the bank branch........ If the issue is not resolved, then I will write an official complaint.
