Only the exchange rate is always lower. Therefore, many people prefer to change their currency at other exchange offices. Deceived. I was there on 03/12/2022, I changed 5000 rubles. I was given 50 Belarusian rubles. To my question: why are there so few? They said such a course. And I was in this country for the first time and I trusted a woman. She even gave me a receipt.

The opening hours are stated around the clock, but in fact they are not. A huge queue that did not move for 30 minutes. It was necessary to change the money, because there are few places where you can pay with a QR code. it is better to take cash as soon as you go to Belarus.

I arrived at night from Moscow. I don't have a MIR card with me (and this is the only thing you can pay with in this country, as it turns out). Only visa and Mastercard are available. The girl outside the window shrugged her shoulders unkindly and did not help solve the problem in any way.
Visa and mastercard pictures are painted everywhere in Minsk, but they are not accepted anywhere. There is nothing to do here at night without PEACE and nothing to buy to eat and drink.
Belarusians lack goodwill. This is the last time I come here
