The repertoire is excellent, the staff is either young and does not finish playing, or lazy and does not want to, it is difficult to understand. The atmosphere is deeply retro, visitors: pensioners and schoolchildren. The rest, apparently, go to the Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theater. And also: the music is good there, but the stage is noisy, every jump echoes loudly through the hall, so the stage is definitely not suitable for ballet (but this is my unprofessional opinion)

Excellent, magnificent, simply magical theater :) the external presentability and the interior were surprised , especially the decoration with glass flowers of marvelous beauty ! Everything is very dignified, festive :) we watched the musical "Jane Eyre" (Kim Breitburg) - I can't describe how much I liked it, everything was perfect here, right down to Scottish tap dancing-riverdance :))) unforgettable impressions!

I often hear that operetta is not Her Majesty's Opera. But my heart has been given to this theater for a long time. I used to go alone, my son keeps me company. I often watch the same production several times to enjoy the performance of another cast. It came to me that it is thanks to our Musical Instrument that Count Rezanov is primarily associated with Alexei Issaev, and Count Luxemburg with Anton Zayanchkovsky. The latter, by the way, is equally incomparable in the roles of Lord Bolenbrock and Nazar Duma. But you need to buy tickets very early, because you can't buy anything before the performance.

We have been going to children's performances for the third year. All the performances are beautiful. The child really likes them. But we started at almost 6 years old. The performances are quite long. I think that it is necessary to assess the age of the child sensibly. A three-year-old kid can't sit through a two-hour performance, no matter how interesting it is.

I really liked the performance, the actors, the staging, the scenery and the costumes - everything is on top. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The buffet is inexpensive, but, of course, there is a long queue and few places to sit. But, by the way, you can sit anywhere with coffee, not only in the cafeteria area. For 33 rubles, a cake, tartlets with salad, three coffees, three cognac 50g each. I advise you to take seats near the middle exit in order to have time to grab something at the buffet during the intermission .

We went to Tristan and Isolde with my mother. We were impressed by the production. Very beautiful costumes, scenery, and most of all I liked the way the actors get used to the role (at the end of the performance I even burst into tears). After the performance, I wanted to read a book about Tristan and Isolde and reread Romeo and Juliet, since the mood of both works is similar (knights, tragedy, romance, the Middle Ages), although the plots are radically different. The intermediate songs and dances between the main scenes are impressive, so you definitely won't get bored. I have never left the musical theater disappointed, always positive and with a lot of emotions.
