The building is spacious and cozy. There is a mini-bandstand, apparently for corporate parties. The food is delicious. They serve third-party visitors, though only from 12 to 15 o'clock.

The old Soviet dining room... With leaky cutlery (spoons and forks), there are even aluminum ones ... and holes drilled at the base of the spoon ... that's another quest to eat the "first". If you take a full spoon, then it pours out through the hole .... if not full, then it's like a teaspoon... IT'S CREEPY... The food is so-so, there is not much choice. And there is also a woman who works there, who comes up to the food distribution and takes meat products with just her hand, and then licks her fingers, and again takes another one.. As soon as I saw it, I don't go there anymore...
