They attracted people, and then deceived them by adding some kind of button in the application, obviously older people do not receive a cashback from this card. The last time I was in the department, they persistently pushed me to open some deposits and take out loans that did not fall to me (a person can decide for himself whether he needs a loan or not). The feeling is that they recruited some sales people, not support people, while they do not always fully know what to do with their products and generally consult people on rare issues. After 10 minutes, the consultant created an application for consideration by a technical specialist and promised to contact me on Monday.
No one got in touch on Monday, as well as on Tuesday. That day, I called the hotline and was surprised to learn that the application had not even been created. That is, the consultant simply hid the information. On Tuesday, the application was still created and they promised again that they would contact me. Two days have passed, but no one has called. I contacted the hotline again and, after waiting 20 minutes for a free operator, I found out that the application had been created, but no one in the Dana Mall branch contacted me. The operator promised to remind them of my appeal.
The next day, they contacted me anyway, asked the same questions as the first time, because the first time they only pretended to write down the information and said they would sort it out. Throughout the week, I am switched from one specialist to another, and no one offers a solution to my problem. The customer orientation of this bank leaves much to be desired.

Плюсы: низкий обменный курс по мобильному приложению.
Минусы: В ЦБУ очень маленькое пространство для такого большого количества людей. Сегодня вечером при подходе к отделению стояли на улице люди около десяти из-за того что просто негде в нутри разместится. Взял талончик к кассиру по обменым операциям в 18:20 очередь подошла в 18:57. Весь мокрый от душного пространства подходиш к кассе а прямо над кассой весит кондиционер пожелтевший старый который дует прямо в голову ледяным воздухом. За все время нахождения в банке работники как напоменалки громко предупреждают что работаю до 19:00 и кто неуспеет того необслужат. Под конец творится ажиотаж чтобы всех обслужить. Уважаемый управляющий банком может стоит пересмотреть условия обслуживания клиентов?

Написано, что отделение, а по факту в это небольшая точка, расположенная посередине ПРОХОДА в ТЦ, как какая-нибудь точка по продаже франшизного медовика или шапок.
2 работника, один за единственным лэптопом сидит, а второй обслуживает клиентов на ногах.
Очереди большие, а клиентам, ожидающих своей очереди, сидеть негде((
А ещё все документы лежат на полочке под столом у работника банка, и они прекрасно видны. Так что персональные данные клиентов и т.п. в "полной безопасности")
К работникам банка претензий никаких. Банк такие условия создал. Ему и исправлять это.
Пока никому не рекомендую ехать в это "отделение".
UPD 29.06.2022: банк ответил на отзыв и заверил, что внесёт изменения. Оценку скорректировал (как и отзыв, т.к. местами был резковат). Так что ждём-с конструктивных и позитивных изменений)
