All wet from the stuffy space, you approach the cash register and right above the cash register there is a yellowed old air conditioner that blows icy air directly into your head. For all the time they have been in the bank, the employees as a substitute loudly warn that I work until 19:00 and those who fail will not be served. In the end, there is a rush to serve everyone. Dear bank manager, is it worth reviewing the terms of customer service?

It says that the branch, but in fact it is a small point located in the middle of the AISLE in the shopping center, like some kind of point for the sale of a franchise honey jacket or hats. 2 employees, one is sitting at a single laptop, and the second is serving customers on his feet. The queues are long, and there is nowhere for customers waiting in line to sit(( And all the documents are on a shelf under the desk of a bank employee, and they are perfectly visible. So that the personal data of customers, etc., is "completely safe") There are no complaints about the bank's employees. The Bank has created such conditions. He needs to fix it. So far, I do not recommend anyone to go to this "department". UPD 06/29/2022: the bank responded to the review and assured that it would make changes. I adjusted the rating (as well as the review, because it was too harsh in places). So we are waiting for constructive and positive changes)
