It turns out that in order for the ATM to issue money, you do not need to press the button itself, as is customary everywhere, but you need to press ABOVE the button, that is, you need to press outside the button to make it work!!! In order for the button to work, you need to push past the button!!!
The fact that the terminal is a jamb and it is necessary to press past the button is not written anywhere, the specialist at this point is also intensely SILENT about this.
I stood near the terminal for five minutes, the specialist did not say a word about the ATM's FEATURES.
And when I asked her, she replied that she was currently serving another client and it was not correct to be distracted from him.
Is it correct to install a broken ATM for customers???
4. There is no offer book at the facility, which is a violation of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

Also, the tech support girl did not help in any way, repeatedly! And they advised me to ask "which cards they accept" and pay with them! Shame on you!
