We went on three excursions, a sightseeing tour of Minsk, the Brest Fortress, Nesvizh and Mir. The first two are the most positive emotions. Many thanks to the guides Nikolai Nikolaevich and Vladimir, as well as to the drivers. Everything was organized at the highest level! The guides are fans of their business, they were afraid to miss even a word, the excursions are so exciting and interesting. All attention is on tourists, every step is thought out for the interest of people. Impressed by these trips, we went to Nesvizh and Mir, to the castles. Guide Yuri and driver Alexey. It was exactly the opposite! The young guys showed in all their glory what it means to work "for the fuck off." Transport is in a deplorable state. Moreover, inside all the shelves are littered with the driver's junk, everything is shabby, there is nowhere to put things. At a time when buses with other groups were quietly waiting for their tourists, those who came to the bus early could sit down and wait for the rest. Our bus was riding in Nesvizh and in the World, no one knows where. We stood, our only group, waiting in the rain. Neither sit down, nor put things down. The guide is not heard at all, he mumbles to himself, made remarks several times. To no avail. He's on his own, the tourists are on their own. It feels like he's serving hard labor. There is no interesting information, only what is available on the Internet: the size of castles, owners, battles. On the way back, I was either on the phone or asleep. I did not forget only to remind myself of the time constantly in order to get back faster. In general, the impressions are absolutely ruined. 👎
When ordering excursions, be sure to ask who the guide will be and what kind of transport. The whole travel experience depends on these two factors in the first place.

October 11
On October 10, 2024, BPS-Sberbank decided to make a gift to its former retired employees - organized a trip to Grodno and
the Augustovsky Canal with the help of Minskturist. Yaroslav was our guide, Vadim was the driver. The depth of information, its timeliness, diplomacy, courtesy, humor, precise timing, as well as lunch at a restaurant, a new comfortable bus, driving skills - everything was on top. Thank you for the excellent organization of the tour! Appreciate such employees :-)

We went on a sightseeing tour of Minsk from the Belorusochka sanatorium. Guide Matyush Pavel Arkadyevich narrated uninterestingly and very quietly, without an amplifier. Most of the listeners were not satisfied with this fact!
