A terrible experience, never set foot again! I brought a winter jacket to this dry cleaner and regretted it. The jacket was ruined, the thing is expensive and beloved. Instead of apologies, there are only excuses. They kept saying, "It's not our fault, but we understand you." Admitting their mistake or at least saying a simple "sorry" is probably beyond their strength. I didn't want to waste even more time on the proceedings, so I just left. But I'm definitely not going back there anymore, and I don't recommend it to anyone.
