I've been looking at this workshop for a long time. It was stopped by another country, and difficulties in paying, and expensive pleasure, but.... I decided and everything turned out to be simple, fast, cordial, and most importantly individual and artistic! Olga Karpik turned out to be my Master. She is a wonderful, talented entertainer who knows what the client wants and clearly selects clothes for your work. The whole Belbageta family is a well-coordinated and responsive organism, headed by Generalissimo Olga Nikolaevna for many years. I would like to express my sincere gratitude and wishes for long-term prosperity to everyone, but especially to my client Olga Karpik!!!

Many thanks to the baguette workshop team for their careful, attentive attitude and the result that exceeded all expectations! We decorated grandfather's military and labor awards — for us it was not just a job, but a part of family history. Designer Tatiana helped me think through every detail: the background, the frame, the location. Grandma was delighted with the surprise — now grandpa's awards have taken pride of place in the house.

Mixed feelings from this baguette workshop. We designed the embroidery here with our friends. Mine was made upside down, there were only two fasteners on the frame itself. No cable. It seems to me that for such a cost of registration it was already possible to attach it so that the client could decide for himself how to hang the painting. To my complaint that the fasteners were installed upside down, they condescendingly offered to come and redo them without payment. Wow, I thought I'd have to pay extra for your joint. I live outside the city and I don't have the opportunity to travel twice again for the sake of redoing it. I just wanted to hang up my work, but as a result, I was in a bad mood. The ordering process itself could have been better too. I had a good consultant, but my friend found a woman who didn't even try to match the customer's wishes. I chose option 1 and imposed it. The second friend had her embroidery delayed, even though she indicated that she needed it by a certain date. And they were persuaded to leave it for a little longer so that the work would get on the stream. In general, as for me, the price and quality of services differ. I will not apply to this baguette anymore.
