I've been servicing cars here for a long time.It's nice from the staff to the price.I gave the car away and I don't have a headache about spare parts and stuff.Honestly, I checked the cost of spare parts a couple of times and was pleasantly surprised that I found spare parts more expensive than the guys.Well, of the cons...(although how to look at it, I would rather call it a marketing ploy) diagnostics is charged 20p, but if they have repairs, then this money is offset.I definitely recommend it

Along the way, the receiver Alexander tried to impose the adjustment of the hub bearings, when asked how he would measure the backlash, I heard "tighten by 15-20 degrees" He left after paying for diagnostics and calling an hour later to make an appointment for a replacement, asked to order spare parts, to which he received the answer "come, we will only choose spare parts for you on the spot") It's a long way to go back, so I decided to bring my own, the ASMETAL brand. I handed over the car on the appointed day, in the evening I receive a call - "everything is ready", I pick up the car and even before leaving the service I hear a knock. He returned after driving 50 meters, and after complaining to the receptionist, he heard, "I told you that the bearings need to be adjusted, and in general you bought parts from the wrong company that we usually supply." On the lift, it turned out that the trainee mechanic had not tightened the bolt securing the shock absorber (I think not only that). Everyone makes mistakes. Maybe I was unlucky) But the arrogant and incompetent receptionist Alexander, the crooked collapse-convergence as a result of the work, and the inadequate taxiway leave an extremely terrible impression of the service provided.
