We visited this store in order to purchase a book of complaints and a book of inspections. The employee, Vitaly, put it mildly, so as not to offend you. Why did you come to this particular store? There are more shops in the city. I can't provide the whole city with these books." Of course, the books were eventually purchased, but the specialist's attitude leaves much to be desired.

I never write reviews, but it's just super dumb. It's a pity to even give a zero rating after going to your store today. Have a preventive conversation with your employee Vitaly about how to communicate with customers.Today I went into the store to make a printout of one document, which is included in the service of your store, and in the duties of your so-called specialist.In response to my appeal to your employee, I was told how much you bothered me, and unpleasant things were said to all customers. This begs the question, if this employee does not want to perform his direct duties, and so allows himself to communicate with customers, then why is he still working? I ask the management of this store to take action rather than ignore negative reviews.
