I gave it for diagnosis on Saturday. They said it could take up to 3 days to diagnose, because a lot of orders have accumulated. And on Monday morning, the results were announced.
Also, immediately on the spot, I rented a good almost new laptop with 20 GB of RAM, which with such a volume of memory are rarely rented by anyone.
All questions that arose were answered in detail by phone and in a chat in TG within a minute, they were always answered even late in the evening after the end of the working day.

I contacted the service center on January 13 with a problem: my laptop is not running on battery power. A week later, I was informed that the diagnosis had been completed and a problem had been detected. I was promised that the problem would be fixed for 270 rubles, and I agreed to repair it.
On February 1, I picked up the laptop, but the next day it stopped working again. On February 3, I contacted the service center with the same problem (battery does not work). On February 9 and 12, I tried to find out the status of the repair, but they told me that the work was continuing. On February 14, I was informed that the employees were still trying to figure out the problem and were experiencing difficulties with the motherboard. On February 16, I was informed that an engineer was trying to repair my battery, although this was not agreed with me.
On February 22, I was informed that my battery could not be restored and that it was necessary to purchase a new one. I clarified what the problems with the motherboard were (on February 14), to which the employee admitted that he deliberately misled me and that in fact no work was carried out. On February 23, I was offered to purchase a new original 60 Wh battery for 180 rubles (This is also allegedly at the price from the supplier (: ). On February 24, I came to the store hoping to pick up my laptop with a new battery. I asked to provide a receipt confirming that the battery is really new, to which the service staff replied that they did not have documents that could confirm this. When I checked the quality of the work performed, I found that the battery has a capacity of 45 Wh, and not 60 Wh, as agreed (naturally, they tried to give it to me for 60wh). As a result, I was offered to order the battery again on March 7.
Guys from BSTU, do not think that you will run away quickly near the dorm, everything will be fixed quickly for you, and you will continue to rent labs — this will not happen. After this incident, I was told about a dozen more stories like mine. I also bought into the good reviews. I was repairing a flooded laptop here. A good master, decent, says everything as it is. It acts out of a desire to make high-quality repairs, and not out of a desire to sell the service and earn more. The repair was done well, but the laptop speakers began to work worse. I don't see a problem with that, I'm wearing headphones all the time anyway. All other functions are fine. It is also worth saying that it is a little more expensive here than in other services, but I am convinced that this is an additional payment for quality.

I passed the computer with the diagnosis "does not turn on". A day later, they called me and said that the computer began to turn on without repair, and the reason was overheating (how is overheating related, which by the way was not, and the fact that the PC does not load even before the bios). Therefore, we powered the pump from 3-pin (a computer with custom-made collective farm dropsy), otherwise the power from molex is not comme il faut, and in addition we cleaned the cooling system. So give me 125 rubles. I was taken aback by such arrogance and wanted to pick up the computer without repair and pay for diagnostics. In fact, it turned out that the work had already been done. So what does this have to do with me? After all, I handed over a computer that does not turn on, and not which is heated.
In summary, the company imposes unnecessary work without approval. I added 1 star simply for the fact that after a long conversation they agreed not to take money for extra work.

1) Why didn't the computer turn on? (I never got an answer, except for the feeling that the company thinks I'm an idiot)
2) how is overheating related (which will not happen for several minutes even with dry thermal paste and fans turned off, and even if the pump is turned off to the pile) and the fact that the computer does not load either to the desktop or even to the bios?
3) why do you prove to me that the approach "first I did it, and then I asked if it was necessary" is normal?

For two weeks they were "fed breakfast" (the answers in messengers the next day were answered at best, if not ignored) and in the end they said that this was not their profile, although this was not discussed when submitting for diagnosis and preliminary approvals.
