The opinion is very spoiled because of the service. It was necessary to print the album on thick paper urgently. I called from lunch, wrote on the website in a pop-up window-zero reaction. They picked up the phone once and said that the manager would contact them, but no one was calling back. Then I decided to drive up to them, ask them personally, show them what I need.
Firstly, there was no one at the workplace. The girl manager was chatting with someone in another room.
Secondly, when I started asking why I was ignored everywhere, I was answered in some kind of mocking form, "So you wrote on the site just an hour ago." For a second, it says on your website that "You will be contacted in 10 minutes." As a result, they tell me, "Well, of course we won't do anything to you by tomorrow morning." I'm at a loss. Why couldn't you just say that on the phone?! Moreover, I have called and written more than once.
A careless and disgusting attitude.
It was good that there were more printers nearby. Everything was done there in half an hour.
