I tried to issue an installment card, I have been a customer of the bank for more than 2 years, according to all the requirements specified on the promo page of the card, I am suitable - I received a refusal from their scoring system without explaining the reason. I failed to find out through the call center what parameters a citizen of the Republic of Belarus with a stable income, without violations of the law and with a clean credit history does not comply with their credit policy. I was advised to try to apply again after 30 days, but this will not help me in any way, because I do not know what criteria I do not fit and cannot fix it. It is surprising that half a year ago they called me and offered to issue the same card, for free, quickly. Apparently, the bank has fulfilled the monthly plan for the loans issued, or the case is in the unstable situation of this bank at the moment. In any case, there are more installment cards in the Republic of Belarus, I will contact other banks.
