Five minutes of music and they tell you that everyone is busy, wait. As a result, three empty calls, an hour of time lost from life and a negative balance on the phone. Now what? Running around the city and looking for a bank in order to find out the balance? The mobile application is a separate conversation. No matter how many times I tried to register, it gives me an error and asks me to call 120. Are you kidding me?
