I agree that the bank works as it wants. I've only been there once in his few years of work. This is probably the only bank that works with a lunch break. It is clear that everyone wants to eat, but usually this is done according to some kind of schedule. Well, I'm waiting for the end of lunch. The bank was not closed, you could expect it inside. There was a light behind the blinds at one checkout, and I boldly took a queue there, since someone is alive there. But it was not there, after the break another window opened, and this one, with the light, went out and did not open. There was no announcement or special mode of operation in that window.
