The car was delivered quickly. The payment from our side was on Thursday, and the car was picked up on Saturday. We arrived at 10 o'clock and at the beginning of 11-00 we were almost on our way home. Before leaving the dealership, the manager once again told about the car and showed how and what to turn on, how to switch and even how to open the hood. My wife and I were satisfied. We haven't bought a new car so fast yet, although this is the third new car. Very good staff. In this salon, including me and my relatives, we have already taken 3 cars.

Two weeks later, we went to another one , another master, at our insistence, checked this knock more carefully, and a defect in the left front shock strut was revealed.They said a spare part would arrive within 2 weeks and they would call us..... we are waiting for a call for a month.During this time, I called and wrote to the service station in response - wait.I had to call the factory , they listened , and said we 'd call you back .We called back 3 days later - unfortunately , the shock absorbers ran out.They should be there by the end of March . I asked: so you stopped the conveyor since there are no racks? Just if there 's a problem with consumables .I'm even afraid to think if something serious happens, how long do I have to wait.Winter has come, and the cabin is warm only when the temperature is adjusted to +30-32, with cool air blowing at 27-28.The dealer's answer is that you do not have climate control and electric throttle control, since it is not the maximum configuration ..... It seems that the Dealer has collected as many cars for warranty service as he cannot service, does not have basic spare parts in stock, that is, does not fulfill his warranty obligations, and the factory too ..So you'll wonder if it makes sense to pay 530 rubles for an oil and filter change on Avtonov -the rest will be written out to you for fluid checks, diagnostics, etc., which really costs 200 rubles.
