In April 2025, she signed a comprehensive insurance contract in installments for 12 months. The monthly payment amount should have been included in the utility bill. In the summer of 2025, I repeatedly asked why there was no insurance amount in the receipt, to which they replied that the accounting department was not working well. A couple of months later, it turned out that my contract was closed for non-payment. For all the time, there has not been a single appeal from Belgosstrakh employees regarding non-payment or a warning that the contract would be terminated.
