Maybe she didn't want to work on a holiday, but she shouldn't talk to clients like that, since she came to work. The answer to each question is monosyllabic, as if I owe her money and haven't given it back for a year. She did not propose extending the liability limit and insuring people in cars. When I asked about it myself, she said something quietly and hushed up the subject. I understand that working with people is hard, but we have to deal with it somehow. You talk politely, but they treat you like you don't know who. At the same time, she is young in herself, but terribly ill-mannered.

It is impossible to get through to the insurance service. One room is constantly occupied . The other two wait for 10 minutes , eventually reset . That's how you use it once a year... People are contacting you , obviously not for the purpose of entertainment . It is a pity that when paying for your insurance, there is no way to contact you. According to the reviews, it is clear that there are organizational problems that are clearly not being resolved over time.

I have been taking out apartment insurance in Belgosstrakh for 5 years. This year, for the first time, an insured event occurred. On July 14, 2024, the apartment was flooded. It is very difficult to get through to the company, no one picks up the phone. We were able to get through only 3 days later - on July 17th. They said that the insurance agent could come only a month later on August 16. Today, on August 26, no one has come yet! Phone calls are either not answered or spoken - wait, they will contact you. This is my last insurance in Belgosstrakh. I do not advise anyone to insure themselves in this unreliable and irresponsible organization.
