I have been a client of Belgosstrakh for many years, and after the occurrence of an insured event (flooded by neighbors), I applied for compensation for damage. More than a month has passed since the application was submitted, but there is still no decision on the application, they explained the delay in making a decision by the fact that the housing Department does not provide them with the act of filling in in a timely manner, and they cannot influence the housing department. I believe that Belgosstrakh is not interested in respecting the interests of the client (otherwise they would have found a way to influence housing and Communal Services), and does not take measures to keep me as their client. It's a pity that the insured event didn't happen sooner, otherwise I would have stopped being their client a long time ago. In the future, I prefer to use the services of another insurance company.

It's a complete scam, one employee says one thing: you collect documents, spending a lot of time and money on it, you arrive - this is not an insured event, but you can write an application that will be considered for at least a month and that's exactly what you won't get - the specialist said this after I brought the documents collected according to the insurance agent's assurance, the child there was a bruised finger with treatment for 2 weeks. I just can't imagine how you can really get anything out of them, and in the beginning they sang such fairy tales.
