The working day begins with the ritual of drinking tea, and it doesn't matter that there is a queue of people outside the door who leave work in order to get to an appointment or elderly and sick people are waiting. The "Rules of voluntary comprehensive property insurance ..." are unreadable (the smallest font and a pale image of the text). For this reason, many policyholders do not know their rights. The terms of payment of the insurance indemnity in the amount of 18 days from 02/18/2025 were violated; the insurer has not paid the penalty for these days so far (02/10/2026). Requests are being sent to the competent authorities in an untimely manner on issues related to the establishment of the causes, circumstances... of the damage caused (flooded occurred on 11/14/2025, and the housing Department specialist called on 02/09/2026 and this is only after the policyholder's call to the specialists of Belgosstrakh).
