They say that they have contracts with honey in the place where you eat. institutions. And so in 2018, the child became ill, turning to insurers with a request to provide medical care, we were told that there are 2 options. Of which, either look for help yourself, or we will try and it will take some time. When asked to find help, they jumped off the topic in every possible way, drop 1 piece of paper, drop another, look for pharmacies with medicines yourself. As a result, they called an ambulance themselves, the doctors took the money to leave for the injection (and they took a decent amount) when we asked for a document confirming the payment, they refused us, citing that we do not work with insurance companies, and we will not write anything. and the payment is, say, a voluntary donation or something. They wrote out what they needed to buy and left. There was nothing in pharmacies except cough powders and nasal sprays. And what remains to be done is not clear. The insurance company refers to the fact that medicine in Ukraine is built like this, and we can't help in any way. Allegedly, look for medicines yourself, look for payment documents, and upon arrival we will reimburse you. After all, the question here was not about compensation, but about emergency assistance to the child. And if I had no money at that time, would no one help the child? So what's the insurance for then? Why deceive and reassure people? Naturally, upon arrival, he did not go anywhere, and did not write anything. However, the sediment remained.
