It's just awful. It is impossible to get through at any time of the day. Moreover, the answering machine notifies at one time about the number in the queue, at other times there is no notification. The feeling that there is not a single operator in the workplace. I sent a request for feedback, but there was zero response. I called back to the emergency department, they sent the request by internal mail - there was also no feedback. The rating is 0/10. I advise no one to contact this organization.
