I was especially pleased that due to the inability to fix anything online, I had to set aside time for a visit to the office on the day of departure. It was also impossible to cancel the insurance and refund the money. Very convenient. The agent who reissued the insurance was more professional and quickly redid everything. Thanks to him for that.
