They were greeted with a smile at the parking lot /playground (rare), everyone was nice, neatly dressed. Pleasant conversation. In the office itself, they were greeted with a smile with an explanation of where to go and how to act. It's obvious that the specialists are very competent. The application acceptance procedure and car inspection took 40 minutes +-, which is not encouraging. Service - 100% Communication with the client - 101% Prosperity to you

Every time I applied for damages, there were questions. I will not describe each case in detail, only the last one. my car was damaged in the yard while mowing the lawn (stones broke the paintwork and there were several chips to the metal) I contacted the insurance company to get a referral for repairs but I was refused because the damage was insignificant. at the inspection, I was told that my mistake was that I did not immediately call the traffic police, but this was the first time I encountered such a problem, I did not expect that when I washed the car from the mown grass, I would find chips I would like to note that this was the only time when a hard hat was refused. but it's confusing that in the past the damage was not the same, but they gave directions for repairs. In general, it seems that you need to have experience working with insurance in order to fully implement it.
