It was June 4th ~ at 9:30 a.m. I applied for an insured event (child's health). The specialist did not understand the situation, (although all the necessary hospital statements were provided) he just told me that my situation was not an insured event. I immediately contacted the Leonid Beda branch. They looked at all my statements, explained everything, and gave me an application to fill out. Is that how it is? I was sent to Melezh , but they treated my Troubles as professionally and humanely as possible .
