We had to move the sofa from point A to point B
They couldn't cope with the work, they couldn't pull out the sofa, they refused to work - they destroyed two side and lower door frames, and also took 50 rubles for these 15 minutes. I recommend the company only for the dismantling of entrance and interior doors
upd: I don't have any questions for the loader guys, not their profile, okay, but the manager just demanded payment, given the zero result and damage to my entrance group - that's what I didn't understand at all.

Passing by today, I met a car blocking the road on the way. After waiting for 5-7 minutes, I honked the horn. Two people got out of the car and left.
After a while, he returned alone, I politely asked if it would take long, he replied that he did not know.
I said that I had to drive, to which they replied that he was not the driver. I ask, where is the driver? He says he doesn't know.
I ask you to call him, he answers that the driver's phone was left in the car.
The driver appears. Please note!!! I greet him and ask him POLITELY to leave, they blocked my passage. He answers with a slight obscenity that he needs to unload, that I have to go around him from the other side, where there are parked cars. I decided not to enter into a dialogue with people who do not know traffic rules well and nothing at all about the culture of communication.
I decided to call the traffic police. Only after that, the miracle driver drove off.
Dear heads of the organization. Either teach your employees, or recruit knowledgeable ones.
