A good place to relax, a steam room, a font under a canopy. There is a lawn and a small barbecue on the street, there is a forest behind the house. There is a bedroom on the second floor. There is even a small oven. Cozy in general. For a small company of up to 10-15 people, that's the best thing.
P.S. Of course, connoisseurs of such a holiday will find their pros and cons!
