The same piggish attitude as in Belarusbank. I want a plus on the bill, I want a minus without notifications and explanations, I throw a penalty (I'm talking about a debit card). In order for a minus to form on a debit card, this is something with something....I will convert the cards from foreign currency to Belarusian ones... Miracle Bank. Don't even look this way, choose another bank. The service is zero, there are constant failures both for payment and withdrawal of money. Then run around and figure it out and spend hours on the phones....

Which is what I faced today. The consultant shrugged and said that the mobile version is not perfect and it would be necessary to additionally call 146. But at the same time, I still have to pay 200 rubles for the card.

I refinanced with this bank a year and a half ago. All issues were resolved fairly quickly. Now I visit monthly to repay the loan. There are regular queues at the ticket office on the ground floor, I don't remember more than two windows open at the same time. There is a single queue at the ticket offices on the third floor, I came up, found out who is the last one and sit quietly until my own. However, the saddles could be made not rigid. Taking into account the fact that I did not have to sit for a long time, I do not lower my rating.
