Vitebsk. Two ATMs: Lenin Street, Smolenskaya Square-both are not working. It is impossible to find a list of ATMs on the official website-it gives out only three. There are a lot of ATMs on the street that have been closed for a long time. There is no money in ATMs for a week, 10 days. Applications are constantly hanging, "temporarily not working". There is no management feedback from customers. They just don't give a damn about us. They live on forced salary cards.
