A disgusting department. I visited tonight, April 4th. I gave more than an hour of my personal time to get a ready-made card. Customer orientation is also at zero:
an employee in the card issuance and processing room from this room, where there is an office sofa (for whom, the question is, if clients can't wait, is it for employees to lie on it?!) I was sent to the common room, where there are not enough places to sit and it is very stuffy. As a result, I was tired after a business trip abroad and stood for half an hour. The employee herself is very slow at work, she served 4 people for more than an hour. Belinvestbank raises many questions about its work and functionality, but after visiting this branch, wasting time and spoiling my mood, I will minimize the use of Belinvestbank's banking products. There are many other excellent and customer-oriented banks in Vitebsk with excellent banking products.

We stood in line for more than 50 minutes in order to get a work statement using the bank's card (there were few people).We were chased from one gym to another several times. They even forbade sitting down in the second hall (although there is a bench for customers).They weren't called in the order of the ticket queue. Although the procedure itself took a few seconds for the specialist to perform the operation. It's a complete mess!!!
