Having recently visited this store in Soligorsk, I was disappointed with the store staff.When they entered the store, no one greeted them, all three women of the seller were standing at the cash register discussing their business.After wandering around the store and collecting quite a few items in the basket, I heard a conversation between one of the staff and the customer, that when buying from 50 rubles.a discount card 92158973 is given.My purchase amount came out over 70p. no one told me about it or even offered to buy a card.I myself said that I heard your conversation and would like to receive this card for free, since the purchase amount is above 50 rubles.To which they replied that there were no maps, and there had not been for a long time, and there would not be.Why and why do you mislead customers???You're blatantly cheating.A video about your work and deception will be posted on all social networks.As a blogger, I promise you negative fame.

After visiting this Belita branded store in Soligorsk, there was a negative aftertaste from the "professional" actions of sales consultants. When, at the entrance to the trading floor, before proceeding to the selection of products, the customer asked the sales consultant standing at the checkout about the bonuses available in this store and at the moment for customers, she received the answer that there was nothing like that. Then the customer, after studying for some time the assortment of several product lines (eye creams, pharmacos and organic therapy series) and choosing 14 items, went to the checkout for payment, where the seller silently passed the goods through the checkout with a final receipt of 95.93 BYN. The customer began to carefully stack the purchases on the table to the left of the cash register, and heard that at the moment when the next customer paid at the cash register with a check of about 30 BYN, the seller offered that customer to issue a discount card for the next purchases with a % discount bonus. Then the first customer returned to the cashier and clarified, so it turns out there are bonus programs in the store and why she was not offered such an opportunity to open a discount card, whereas her check of 95.93 BYN was three times the minimum amount for opening a card. The seller replied : "I thought you were a visitor." After this phrase, the seller submitted a questionnaire to the customer to open a discount card. When filling out the questionnaire, the customer saw the information printed there that the discount card is activated at the next purchase. Therefore, in its amount in the receipt over 30 BYN, the rest of the purchases (65.93 BYN) would have passed in the second receipt with a % discount. And, since this discount card is cumulative, the amount of 65.93 BYN would be taken into account (as stated in the questionnaire) in the range of purchases up to 200 BYN, that is, at the next step of the transition to a higher% discount. So it turns out that the sales consultants of the Belita brand store in Soligorsk, shift from 04/02/2022 (time 18:14), treated their "professional" actions either negligently, or their qualifications are thus questioned.
