I contacted them and irrevocably ruined the rating of my store. I bought nutritional supplements from belkhimset for subsequent resale through my online retail store. I have been buying from them for a long time, more than 5 years. I used to buy barrels, but recently I decided to buy for bottling in my container (it's easier in terms of packaging) and faced absolute irresponsibility. The bottom line: they buy the component in a tank car, then unload it into their cubes, and from the cubes they are already poured into barrels and cans. They have a huge range of chemicals, but... Cubes in which there was a solvent, they pour a food additive without washing, and accordingly it is no longer something that is NOT food, it is already poisonous! People buy it from me for food purposes, for food production, for home use, etc. And in fact, one such purchase from them, which I sold at retail to more than 100 retail customers, permanently and irrevocably ruined the rating of my store for these customers. The result: the belkhimset has lost one small (in its scale) but regular customer, while I have lost more than 100 of my regular customers. The worst thing is that they do not deny that "sometimes such confusion is possible in a hurry," but they refuse to compensate for anything at least to some extent (the cruelest avarice). Conversations begin like: "it would be necessary to do an examination, everything is according to the law, you are unlikely to prove anything" and so on in that spirit. Shame on you! The purchase was worth about 600 rubles. For such a company (they sell goods in trucks) it's just dust. Moreover, I asked for at least half of it back, and even then not in money, but in other goods. It would seem that it is easier. But no, manager Roman for some reason decided to go for the principle, although we have been working with him for a long time, there has never been rudeness and acute moments in communication. This is a very strange and unjustified act for such a company. Personally, I don't even want to waste my personal time for these pennies. But I feel terribly sorry for the lost reputation and customers. So at least let people know about the belkhimset, which sometimes hides behind a managerial smile and benevolence. They just don't care about their customers, they live for today, according to the principle of cutting down quickly and more, dumping is a natural phenomenon for them, but... Now I buy from their competitors, the benefit of their mass (Microdil, Stanlux, Belchim, Promkhimcenter, etc.) prices are slightly higher, but I think quality is much more important in the long run. And in principle, I'm even glad that they didn't go to meet me, because I would have continued to buy any slag from them. Now I have found a lot of better alternatives. Good luck in business, work for the future and your business will be eternal.
