With some leniency, this hotel barely deserves a 3-star rating — and only because of its excellent location and large size. Unfortunately, there is a complete lack of proper maintenance: • The air conditioning isn’t powerful enough and hasn’t been serviced. • The sheets and blankets were dirty, the towels unusable. • Water leaks from the bottom of the shower. • There’s an electric kettle, but no tea provided — a clear sign of poor management rather than a bad hotel building. That said, the staff were very kind and polite. Oh, and the breakfast was terrible. 🤦🏻‍♂️ So, in summary: good location and just a place to sleep — nothing more.

An inexpensive hotel. Once luxurious. He's a pretty average guy now. Clean sheets and soft towels. The beds are soft. Each room has a refrigerator and air conditioning. There are breakfasts. Not Michelin-starred, of course, but plentiful and satisfying. Very friendly staff. The owner, Valery, is a darling. Can help with any excursion and trip. There is a cafe nearby, a food court in the SAS store, and a restaurant in the hotel building itself. The hotel is 3 minutes from Republic Square, the center of Yerevan. Severny Avenue, Vernissage market, Tashir and RossiaMall shopping centers, and the park are all within walking distance. I took a room with a balcony. In the evening, sipping pomegranate wine while chatting, sitting on the balcony, is a separate, completely southern pleasure. In general, the price corresponds to the quality. Would I want to come back? Yes!
