With some leniency, this hotel barely deserves a 3-star rating — and only because of its excellent location and large size. Unfortunately, there is a complete lack of proper maintenance: • The air conditioning isn’t powerful enough and hasn’t been serviced. • The sheets and blankets were dirty, the towels unusable. • Water leaks from the bottom of the shower. • There’s an electric kettle, but no tea provided — a clear sign of poor management rather than a bad hotel building. That said, the staff were very kind and polite. Oh, and the breakfast was terrible. 🤦🏻‍♂️ So, in summary: good location and just a place to sleep — nothing more.

An inexpensive hotel. Once luxurious. He's a pretty average guy now. Clean sheets and soft towels. The beds are soft. Each room has a refrigerator and air conditioning. There are breakfasts. Not Michelin-starred, of course, but plentiful and satisfying. Very friendly staff. The owner, Valery, is a darling. Can help with any excursion and trip. There is a cafe nearby, a food court in the SAS store, and a restaurant in the hotel building itself. The hotel is 3 minutes from Republic Square, the center of Yerevan. Severny Avenue, Vernissage market, Tashir and RossiaMall shopping centers, and the park are all within walking distance. I took a room with a balcony. In the evening, sipping pomegranate wine while chatting, sitting on the balcony, is a separate, completely southern pleasure. In general, the price corresponds to the quality. Would I want to come back? Yes!

The room is very tired, the pillows and mattress are uncomfortable, and the breakfast is cheap. I do not recommend this hotel. There is a kettle, but there is no outlet for it. There is a TV, but they didn't give me a remote control, they said, "You won't understand anything anyway! ". So-so hospitality. Soy sausages, 2 boiled eggs and tea for breakfast, we were not offered coffee, but they brought it to the next table.

We spent 2 nights at the hotel in early March. Of the advantages: + good location, close to the center; + affordable prices; + spacious room with plenty of furniture (not only a bed and bedside tables, but also a sofa, coffee table, chest of drawers, extra bed); + beautiful view from the panoramic window. Of the cons: - it's very cold in the room at night. It is impossible to step on a tiled floor. Only the air conditioner saved; - there is no normal shower stall, just a watering can sticking out of the wall. Plus, the bathroom floor is incorrectly designed, which is why the water does not go down the drain, but spreads throughout the toilet.; - the TV in the room was not working; - a meager breakfast (a couple of eggs, sausage, bread, cheese, butter, jam, tea). Overall, the hotel is not bad for its price, but we would not return here.

It is a good hotel in terms of price/quality ratio compared to other hotels of the same category. The location is good. The room is relatively clean, but check the bed linen, we turned out to have black hair, but they changed it for us. The TV was running on Russian channel 1. The staff is polite. Another disadvantage is the music at night from a nearby restaurant that screams late into the night. It is impossible to stay/sleep on the lower floors. We lived on the 3rd floor with a window on the other side and it was also very audible. Therefore, be sure to take earplugs!

We were in the family room. The administration kindly provided a cot for the child, because there were 5 of us. I liked that the administration tried very hard to adapt to our needs, for example, they shifted the time of providing breakfast, bought an ironing board... Everyone was very polite and friendly. I liked the cleanliness in the shower and toilet. It is clear that they are still learning to take into account the needs of tourists, because questions still arose. But the willingness to solve them does not leave anyone indifferent... That's why I want to support them in this endeavor :)

I had a rest in September, I chose according to the location. Bella was one of the most affordable options. The hotel pleased me very much! The people are hospitable, kind, there was a kettle, iron, hairdryer in the room. Everything is clean and tidy. I really liked the location- near the square with fountains, parks, shops, including grocery, cafes, coffee shops a lot. I really liked it! Thank you to the administrator and staff for a wonderful stay!

Terrible hotel!!!! Booked on the booking I don't know why they don't check the information? Everything is beautifully painted there , but in fact it 's terribly simple . Don't stay in it!!! It should be closed altogether . For 6 tons per day you get a dirty room with old broken furniture . The TV was not working. The air conditioner is as black as a chimney sweep. When you turn it on , soot flakes fly out of it . A blanket is laid on the mattress, then a sheet because the mattress is in terrible condition. The bed is secured with metal brackets and it doesn 't help, it's all wobbly. The chest of drawers is broken . In the bathroom, everything is 10 cm thick . There is no shelf by the mirror . The watering can holder is broken off in the shower . The curtain is half torn off, it will not work to close the curtains. At the bottom of the restaurant, the music is playing loudly and the walls are shaking. We ran away from there the next day. We rented an apartment even closer to the center for the same money and were glad .

The shower stall is covered with fungus, which they don't even try to wipe. A nail is innocently sticking out of the broken corner of the bed, waiting for the victim. Towels and toilet paper have to be begged. If you arrive at night, there is a chance that the receptionist will just sleep sweetly at this time, welcome to Yerevan. There is a small refrigerator and a kettle, and the joys of everyday life end there. The price, I will note, is not so cheap, in Istanbul for this money you will live as a king. Bella's booking has three stars and 7.5 points reviews - I want to look into the eyes of all the authors of these reviews.

Terrible hotel.The deluxe room has a leaky shower stall and toilet.The room has an unpleasant smell.The bed linen is dirty, there is no hair dryer.There are no windows! In order not to look for new housing at night, we decided to spend the night.In the morning, when they packed their bags and decided to move out, they asked the administrator to return the money.To which we were told that a refund is not possible.We were not satisfied with this, and we asked to invite the higher management.They told me to wait 2 hours first.then 3 and then, as it turned out, no one would come at all. It's a disgusting place! I do not recommend it! Booked for 2 nights via the Island (two girls). There was one room in the photo, in fact, they moved into another. The condition of the room is terrible: dirty, dark, old furniture. They gave only 2 towels for two people!!! There were some kind of rubber slates in the closet, apparently someone's. The water in the shower is running, the sink was dirty. It doesn't feel like they're being cleaned at all. Breakfast was included in the price, but when they saw the place for breakfast, they did not even take the risk. We checked in late and decided to spend the night. And then the "fun" began. The windows of the room overlook the courtyard. And there began a scandal and a local showdown. A crowd of 20 people gathered, they shouted, fought and it lasted for an hour. It was scary and disturbing! We turned off the lights and sat there in the dark, waiting for it to end. We went down to the reception - there is NO ONE there!!! And the door to the hotel is open! Come in, whoever you want - no guards, no lock, nothing!!! And there's a fight and a showdown under the windows! A nightmare! The next day, they packed up and demanded a refund for the second night. In response, a refusal! They offered to move us "to a better room", but we didn't even look! They did not go out and make a scandal for a long time, so as not to spoil their vacation in wonderful Yerevan! We just moved to another hotel. Where there is a more friendly staff and its own territory. The Bella Hotel is a disgusting place! It's not safe!
