I chose the hotel based on the reviews, as well as a number of other points. I agree with the majority. We are currently in it. I have never regretted choosing this particular hotel. Very quiet, calm, family-like. There are no crowds of people and screaming children at the breakfasts. Moreover, there are no small children at all in the hotel. No need to stand in line for the food that is being prepared in front of you. The breakfasts are excellent. You can order an omelet, soft waffles, fritters, croutons, and please, from the frying pan to your health. Coffee from the car. Meat, fish. Everything is very tasty. The reviews about monotonous breakfasts are very annoying. Guys who are going to Pattaya, also at 3*, I really doubt that you have a personal chef and I would like to see what you eat at home!!! Cleaning, change of towels and bed linen, indeed, daily. Linen without holes and stains. Cool triangular pillows. Of course, they don't wash the corners much, but even in 5* they don't clean everything thoroughly, it's rather an exception. The air conditioner works normally, quietly, and so does the plumbing. Boiling water with good pressure. No wildlife. The staff is polite. Geographically, it's a really cool location. I wasn't there during the day, but in the evening there was no one at the pool, we came at 8 p.m., we enjoyed swimming in peace and quiet. The guests are different, Russians, Indians, Chinese, English speakers. But there is no noise, no hubbub. They are all very well-mannered, grown-up people. They don't take a deposit. The staff doesn't speak Russian at all. Yes, they would have renovated, and there would have been a fire! There's no arguing that everything is very tired. But this is the only negative that is covered by the advantages. There is a point that has caused confusion, it is that you can not take an iron in the hotel, either for a fee, or for free, or for 15 minutes, or in any way. It's weird, of course. Moreover, washing machines at the same time, please!

We had a wonderful rest. They didn't take any money on bail. There were problems with the kettle and toilet, everything was solved very quickly, without any problems. The breakfasts are good, hearty, and there is a choice. We didn't swim in the pool, we didn't visit the sauna or the gym, so no comment on that. We only spent the night at the hotel. They clean every day, the air conditioner is working. There is a refrigerator, kettle, and microwave in the room. They leave bags of coffee, sugar and dry cream, two bottles of water every day. The hotel is nice and not expensive, in the center. Everything is within walking distance. Recommend 👍

I liked the hotel, I chose the location, the center is quiet, the sea is nearby, but we didn't swim there, we went to the islands. There is noise from the air conditioners. And there was no extra bed for the boy. The three of us slept on 1.6m.
