I chose the hotel based on the reviews, as well as a number of other points. I agree with the majority. We are currently in it. I have never regretted choosing this particular hotel. Very quiet, calm, family-like. There are no crowds of people and screaming children at the breakfasts. Moreover, there are no small children at all in the hotel. No need to stand in line for the food that is being prepared in front of you. The breakfasts are excellent. You can order an omelet, soft waffles, fritters, croutons, and please, from the frying pan to your health. Coffee from the car. Meat, fish. Everything is very tasty. The reviews about monotonous breakfasts are very annoying. Guys who are going to Pattaya, also at 3*, I really doubt that you have a personal chef and I would like to see what you eat at home!!! Cleaning, change of towels and bed linen, indeed, daily. Linen without holes and stains. Cool triangular pillows. Of course, they don't wash the corners much, but even in 5* they don't clean everything thoroughly, it's rather an exception. The air conditioner works normally, quietly, and so does the plumbing. Boiling water with good pressure. No wildlife. The staff is polite. Geographically, it's a really cool location. I wasn't there during the day, but in the evening there was no one at the pool, we came at 8 p.m., we enjoyed swimming in peace and quiet. The guests are different, Russians, Indians, Chinese, English speakers. But there is no noise, no hubbub. They are all very well-mannered, grown-up people. They don't take a deposit. The staff doesn't speak Russian at all. Yes, they would have renovated, and there would have been a fire! There's no arguing that everything is very tired. But this is the only negative that is covered by the advantages. There is a point that has caused confusion, it is that you can not take an iron in the hotel, either for a fee, or for free, or for 15 minutes, or in any way. It's weird, of course. Moreover, washing machines at the same time, please!

We had a wonderful rest. They didn't take any money on bail. There were problems with the kettle and toilet, everything was solved very quickly, without any problems. The breakfasts are good, hearty, and there is a choice. We didn't swim in the pool, we didn't visit the sauna or the gym, so no comment on that. We only spent the night at the hotel. They clean every day, the air conditioner is working. There is a refrigerator, kettle, and microwave in the room. They leave bags of coffee, sugar and dry cream, two bottles of water every day. The hotel is nice and not expensive, in the center. Everything is within walking distance. Recommend 👍

I liked the hotel, I chose the location, the center is quiet, the sea is nearby, but we didn't swim there, we went to the islands. There is noise from the air conditioners. And there was no extra bed for the boy. The three of us slept on 1.6m.

I chose the hotel by location, there is a swimming pool, sauna, gym, children's room. There's a microwave, an opener, forks, spoons, and a knife in the room! The downside is that the air conditioner is really noisy and I still haven't figured out whether the kitchen of the neighboring hotel is. But it's noisy. And the main disadvantage is the bed. If you are traveling with 3 people, we are a family with a child of 6 years old, then it is better to take a deluxe right away. We had a 1.8 bed for 3 people for an extra.The place was offered to pay 800 baht per day. Unfortunately, there were no reviews and information about this, otherwise I chose another hotel where the bed is not in short supply. There are plenty of hotels nearby. For example, in bike sky, for the same requests, there were 2 beds of 2 meters each and an additional place for 1.5.

Umbrellas or a canopy by the pool are also desirable, they were not available in the spring of 2025. Although they are clearly engaged in the hotel and exterior landscaping, they may finish it.

The room has a large wardrobe, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen sink, dishes, air conditioning, hairdryer, safe. Free, well-functioning Wi-Fi, TV with Russian channels. Be prepared for the fact that there is no iron in the entire hotel. You can take your clothes to the laundry room at the hotel, but it's cheaper at the corner with the beach street. They'll wash and iron it there. The room was cleaned daily and bed linen and towels were also changed daily. You could take beach towels for free, and they were returned in the evening. There is indeed noise from the air conditioners, and perhaps if there are a lot of people in the pool, the noise will be from the pool visitors who have rooms facing the courtyard. The breakfasts are varied and always fresh, there is everything from soups to several types of hot, and fried eggs, omelets, waffles, and more are also prepared from under the knife. There is a small queue for coffee near the coffee machine. The hotel was mostly populated by Europeans, Turks, Chinese, and many Russians. It was always quiet, without noisy companies, and there was no one with small children either. The main advantage of the hotel is its location: the very center and at the same time a very quiet street. Near the Central Marina sportswear outlet, there is also a large grocery supermarket, 5 minutes to the nearest beach, a few minutes by tuk-tuk to terminal 21, 5 minutes on foot to the street food market, also near the Alcazar and Tiffany show, 15 minutes by tuk-tuk to Walking Street and Bali Hai Pier (10 baht from 1 person). We have never regretted choosing this hotel.

I had a rest there in March, the hotel is great! The staff is polite, the breakfast buffet is very rich, unlike hotels with 4*. The location is good, 5 minutes to the sea and 5 minutes to the Central Marina. Very quiet area, nice pool, sauna. I was pleasantly surprised by the low price, although there are hotels in the neighborhood with a higher rating and much worse quality of service! If I fly to Pattaya another time, I will definitely stay HERE! There are no animals.)))

It's strange to read rave reviews. It's already been in Tae, but this is the first time such a hotel has been opened. Plus, the location. That's all. Upon arrival, we were greeted by stone faces at the reception, which is somehow strange for this country. The breakfasts are tasteless, our entire vacation coffee machine was broken. They caught her in the last few days. My friends stopped by 3 days after us. They gave out the keys, went up to the room, but it was not cleaned! Check-in at 14.00, we saw in the morning that it was already empty (the door was open). During the eviction, a claim was made-like we broke a shelf in the refrigerator. And the refrigerator is breathing hard, they put a towel on the floor under it, because it leaks. Room 501, if they suddenly move into it, take a picture right away. We were released after running around and endless phone calls. The basik is not bad, the water is warm, the children swam with pleasure. Deck chairs are one name. In general, the taste and color...But I won't recommend it.

We were here 2 times in 2012 and in 2019. I liked it better the first time, of course. In general, a good place for a city holiday. The city center, within walking distance: entertainment, fruit market, shops, a bunch of cafes for every taste. The sea is nearby, but we don't swim here. We went to the islands. The hotel is clean and well cleaned. A safe is free in each room. The breakfasts are varied, the choice is large. It's all good. Of the wishes, I would like to update some kind... It can be seen that the building is old, although the building is being monitored.
