Unfortunately, the salon is terrible because of the administrative staff: they don't know how to use equipment and communicate with customers. They canceled my record, without communicating with me. Well, come on. Before that, they sent me messages to other records saying "confirm the record" and in response to consent they replied "what kind of record and to whom". I don't understand what's wrong with them at all. But I won't go to the salon anymore. It may be related to the case when my eyebrows were made very ugly and I asked them to wipe them. I asked for brown, they made black, but there was no conflict. We communicated very politely. But after this recording, the maintenance jokes began. She signed up for a pedicure, came and sat in a chair, the master began to examine her legs, in principle, everything is correct. BUT after examining and noticing a slight peeling, she began to claim that it was a fungus and refused the service (her right and the right of the salon). The only question is why be rude and shout about it to the whole salon! Humiliating a person in front of other clients. Immediately after leaving this salon, she went to a dermatologist, as a result, there is no fungus!!! But the sediment remained.
