After a couple of weeks, the manager who led us quit, new ones were appointed, then reassigned, it was difficult to get specifics from the head. Then they seemed to find an intelligent specialist who clearly, quickly, concisely advised, did everything according to the TOR, but in the end he disappeared somewhere, the head again did not give any specifics. As a result, the manager himself completed the project, the deadlines went out of the ordinary, he had to remind me about some tasks, he could say that I would come with an answer tomorrow, and as a result he disappeared. I don't recommend it. It's a disgusting way to promise and not fulfill!
