We got a view number. They literally lived in the sky. Right under the sparse clouds. At the height of the swallows. The balcony hung directly over the Alazani Valley. Physically tangible space from above, below, in front. The view is spectacular. The wind is inspiring. The forest air. The sunrises are colorful. For them, we woke up at 5, were fascinated and fell asleep. We were passing through, for a day or two, stuck for a week. We extended and extended, we couldn't break away. The hotel (house) is in perfect condition. Clean, cozy, nice, friendly, everything works without the slightest complaints. The host, Ilya, is a friendly winemaker with his vineyards and recipes, a hospitable host, an interesting person. Nearby, above the fortress wall (in fact, right on it), stands the house and cafe of his friend, Zura. It's called Castle. Before meeting with Zura (I am 42), I treated food calmly. To anyone and everywhere. This meeting changed everything. Nothing like this has ever happened to me anywhere else. I ate a chicken chicken with bones, guys. Twice in a row. I've never tasted so good in my life. While we were driving around Georgia, I tried to repeat it, but it didn't work out. Zura puts her soul into the food. And in the wine of its own production, by the way. We will definitely come back more than once. It's beautiful, delicious, warm, and sincere. We literally went to heaven. Thank you, dear people!
