We recently visited a pizzeria and were satisfied with the quality of service and the taste of the dishes. However, there was a slight misunderstanding with the cashier about the order. We ordered a combo "Friends 2" for 85 thousand soums, which included a pizza with a diameter of 25 cm, 8 cinnamon rolls, 5 chicken strips and 2 bottles of Coca-Cola.
When we asked the cashier if it was possible to replace the pizza in the combo, she replied in the affirmative, but did not warn us that we would have to pay extra for changing the pizza. The price difference is small, but it is better to warn about it in advance to avoid problems.

После ремонта и открытия интерьер и оформление сделано красиво и красочно. НО:
1) много мух в зале где все сидят и кушают
2) не убирают со стола посуду и мусор после клиентов
3) кондиционер либо работает плохо, либо не был включен
4) доставщики ходят туда сюда и не закрывают двери за собой
5) нет розеток доступных, есть розетки на боковых стенах на уровне сидений диванчиков и они закрыты сиденьями и даже не прикреплены. До ремонта розетки были возле каждого стола.
6) кассиры не спрашивают про тесто, воздушное или тонкое. По сути я виноват, но раньше спрашивали про тесто.
7) пиццы вообще испортились, стали почти без вкусными, походу начали покупать товары дешевле для пицц. И самое трогательное то, что соусы сверху пицц стали вообще меньше либо вообще не поливают(цыпленок ранч и чикен кари)
8) на раздаче мужчина отвлекался на других сотрудников и вовремя не выдавал заказы
9) нас на кассе спросили с собой сделать или в зале. Мы выбрали в зале и в конце нам дают заказы в коробке предназначенные для доставки и выдают одноразовые маленькие тарелки
И самое главное после открытия могли бы придумать какую-то новинку или сделать акцию для клиентов!

We came to eat pizza. In front of us, two guys took the order; and they indicated to us that the order was ready for ~ 30 minutes, but they were in no hurry to accept the order. The girl was rushing from side to side doing obviously important things. After about 7 minutes, she decided to come up, we said that we would like pizza and sinnamons, she said that there were no sinnamons and left again to do her business ... without finishing taking the order. We waited another 5 minutes, but no one deigned to pay attention to us. We went to another branch, where the guys were clearly more friendly and immediately accepted the order.

Четыре звезды - это хорошая оценка, поэтому я даю этому месту хорошую оценку. Большинство пиццерий в Ташкенте, вроде Чопар, Московской пиццы, Додо и т.п. рядом с Белиссимо тянут лишь на три звезды. Есть конечно Рони, Крафт-пицца, Стуззико, Итальянская пицца, которые рядом с Белиссимо достойны 5 звёзд, но там ценник повыше. Белиссимо - идеальный вариант, чтобы заказать и забрать домой, а не кушать на месте. Да, и заказывайте на тонком тесте. Пирог вы можете поесть и в других заведениях.

Пиццу дали без соуса, пришлось напомнить, колу разлили нв половину стакана, пришлось уточнить потом заменили на новые наполненные, только один человек занимается и с кассой и с раздачей клиентам и доставщикам. В общем место и пицца отличное, особенно овощи свежие.
