I visited your place today. There are no complaints about the kitchen, but the level of service turned out to be unacceptably low. The staff is behaving unprofessionally. The TVs weren't working. The girl at the checkout, who took the order, allowed herself to be rude and arrogant. Deliberately ignoring the fact that we were communicating in Russian, she basically switched to Uzbek, which looked like a demonstrative disrespect. Such behavior of the staff has completely ruined the impression of the institution and raises questions about the quality of management and control of the service.

The worst place of all. More than an hour of waiting for a meager order (French fries with chicken). They take the order with them on a plate to the hall. After the explanation. Waiting for another half hour. And again, the order is given on a plate in the hall. The third time, the waiter just throws everything into a bag and gives it out. At home, it turns out that the chicken and potatoes were not reported. 8 pieces were ordered, 5 were given, and there is no sauce. The establishment is the bottom. I strongly advise against it. By the way, the food tastes terrible.
